What People Say…

Having worked alongside Abby in health & well-being for some years, I have been fortunate to observe both her passion for well-being diversity across communities, and for her own commitment to self-care and education practices. She has been a mentor to many and has the great ability to present multiple perspectives opening up & encouraging reflective conversation. Abby is an upbeat leader who is skilled at holding space for others, and I can highly recommend for your supervision and growth.
